It deserves its 3 stars. We really enjoyed Berkswell. The host was excellent. Great location to Blackpool International airport, just 10 minutes by car.

the hotel was located an easy walk to blackpool pleasure beach and other tourist attractions. orange fish, which can be found only 300 m away, was a fast dining option.
